Orbiting the black hole EH J45-1123 is a decaying, shattered ring constructed impossibly long ago by an unknown alien culture. Barely outside the event horizon, battered by gravitational shear and awash with every kind of exotic radiation, the station is lethal to humans... but remote drones could survive just long enough to explore and find some hints about the mysterious lost builders.
(ApsisMUD is a distant descendant of MUD1, the very first online multiplayer game from 1978.)

extremely cool. im not very familiar with MUDs, but i really like the idea. seems like a fun thing to explore for a while and in multiple sessions. a really fantastic way to convey a world :
are there like specific hours during which this is up?
I think it's meant to be up 24/7, there have just been a couple outages afaik
